Refund Policy

Due to the custom and service-based nature of our work, payments made for web design, web development, digital marketing, branding, maintenance, and other IT services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting any administrative, consultation, or third-party costs already incurred. Once design, development, setup, research, or any other service has started, payments for completed work and time spent are non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed according to the original payment method. Third-party costs, including domains, hosting, software, licenses, paid tools, advertising spend, and other external services, are non-refundable.

By making a payment, the client agrees to this Refund Policy and the agreed project scope.
